Is
my credit card information secure?
Yes. These days there is no technical reason why your credit
card information shouldn't be secure but a lot still depends on the management
systems My Stamps uses. For example there is absolutely no point in using
a SSL secure server to collect credit card details if you then later on post
it over the Internet using unsecured e-mail. At My Stamps we retrieve your
credit card information from the secure server at Mal’s e-Commerce using
128-bit encrypted communication links, and store that information in paper
form only until your account has been charged.
When you place an order it will be confirmed by e-mail. That
e-mail will contain details of your order and an estimate of the total price
in Australian dollars as well as an estimate of the total in your currency
if you live outside Australia, plus confirmation of your delivery address.
The credit card charge will be made only when the order is ready for shipping,
which is normally 2 days after you originally placed the order.
All orders will be dispatched by normal mail in Australia
and by Airmail if you live overseas. Please note that occasionally (and it
has only happened once in Canada), Customs in your country could delay the
normal post if your parcel has been singled out for a search. We’re
afraid there is nothing we can do to speed up this process except to clearly
describe the contents on the outside of the package as required now internationally,
and trust that delivery to you will be as speedy as possible.

Yes, you MAY sell cards which you have hand stamped
using My Stamps
My Stamps is an ‘Angel Company’. We recognize and appreciate the
part artists and crafters play in the evolution of stamping as an art craft.
We appreciate that their work gives our stamps life. We consider work created
and sold using Cathy’s designs not to be an infringement of copyright
providing the images used were each individually hand stamped by the selling
artist. Any reproduction or copy of Cathy's designs by any other means,
eg graphic, photographic including photocopying, electronic, mechanical
or otherwise without the express written permission of the Author remains
in conflict with the law.
