My Stamps took life in South Africa in 1992 as Stamp-A-Doodle-Doo. It was born of Cathy's designs, hand-carved erasers, original multi-colour stamp pads and home parties of the Tupperware genre. The hand-carving gave way to red rubber manufacture and the woodmounted stamps appeared in craft shops throughout the country. Stamping began to grow in popularity and recogniyion of the craft gained pace. Stamp-A-Doodle-Doo began to export and in 1997, Cathy and family followed the stamps across the seas to Australia where My Stamps became the recognised name in many craft stores.
Cathy continued to teach, first in Perth and then Sydney and now is known across Australia and New Zealand where her classes and designs are very popular at shops and conventions alike.
At the beginning of 2004, My Stamps took the plunge into clear polymer, peel-on, peel-off stamp production with considerable success. Even today there are stampers world-wide converting to the easy to use, easy to store see-thru system which has seen a revolution in stamp manufacture and marketing. My Stamps is proud of the quality of its clear stamps. They are slightly thicker and more robust than many other available brands, and are still 'hand-made' directly from Cathy's latest as well as her original designs.

My Stamps is an ‘Angel Company’. We recognize and appreciate the part artists and crafters play in the evolution of stamping as an art craft. We appreciate that their work gives our stamps life. We consider work created and sold using Cathy’s designs not to be an infringement of copyright providing the images used were each individually hand stamped by the selling artist. Any reproduction or copy of Cathy's designs by any other means, eg graphic, photographic including photocopying, electronic, mechanical or otherwise without the express written permission of the Author remains in conflict with the law.
